Account Setup & Application Process

  • Visit optimumverification.com and click “Start Verification”
  • Select your organization and click “Apply Now”
  • Click “Register Now” and complete your details
  • Verify your email and complete Two-Factor Authentication (OTP sent to your email)
  • Log in to your account
  • Complete the registration information and upload your ID or passport
  • Add education and employment documents
  • Review and sign the Letter of Authorization (LOA)
  • Confirm details and click “Place Order”

Background check requirements vary by industry. They may include criminal records, financial history, driving records, and verification of education, employment, and professional qualifications.

Registration typically takes only a few minutes, provided all required details and documents are ready.

Document Handling

The LOA authorizes Optimum to contact issuing authorities directly to verify documents. Without it, PSV cannot proceed.

In most cases, attestation is not required. However, certain authorities may request attested or apostilled documents. Applicants should confirm requirements with the requesting authority.

Yes. If additional documents are required, you will be notified via email and through your dashboard.

You will be notified promptly and can upload the requested documents through your dashboard to avoid delays.

Processing & Timelines

Processing times vary depending on the issuing authority. On average, verification may take several weeks. Delays may occur due to incomplete submissions, institutional holidays, system outages, or location-specific processing timelines.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your case number and a summary of submitted documents.

You will be notified by email, and real-time status updates will be available through your dashboard.

Tracking & Reporting

You can monitor progress through your Optimum dashboard. Email notifications are also sent at each stage.

You will receive an email notification once verification is finalized. Your official report will be available for download in your dashboard.

Appeals & Discrepancies

You may request re-verification or submit additional supporting documents. Instructions will be included in your report.

Submit a request through the Support Center, and an Optimum specialist will guide you through the process.

Technical & Account Support

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Ensure your email is verified, credentials are correct and check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact Support.

Optimum supports modern browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Desktop is recommended for document uploads, though mobile access is supported.

Optimum implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data. However, no online transmission method is completely secure.

Documents are handled with strict confidentiality. Information is not sold and may only be accessed by authorized service providers, disclosed when legally required, or transferred during business restructuring.
